This Privacy Policy explains how Push Resources, Inc. d/b/a My Care Network collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the My Care Network mobile application, website, and related services. By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

1.1 Account Registration (All Users)

To create an account on the Platform, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Phone number

This information is used to create and authenticate your account, send important account-related communications, and provide customer support.

1.2 User Profiles (Individuals and Families — Optional)

Creating a profile is optional, but is required if you wish to be placed on a provider's waitlist.

If you choose to create a profile, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Contact information (address, phone number, and/or email)

This profile information is collected for the sole purpose of enabling providers to add you to their waitlists. Providers typically require name, date of birth, and contact information to process a waitlist request. We share this information with a specific provider only when you actively request to be placed on that provider's waitlist. We do not share your profile with any provider without your direction.

1.3 Provider Account Information

If you register as a provider organization, we collect:

  • Business name, contact information, and service descriptions
  • Professional credentials, licensure, and certifications
  • Service availability and waitlist status
  • Billing and payment information (processed securely through our payment processor)

1.4 Usage and Technical Data

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Platform, including:

Device type, operating system, and browser type

IP address and general geographic location (city/state level)

Pages visited, search queries entered, and features used

Session duration and interaction data

This information helps us maintain, improve, and secure the Platform. It is not used to identify you personally.

If you contact us for support or send us feedback, we retain records of that correspondence to respond to your inquiry and improve our services.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity
To enable you to build a profile and be placed on provider waitlists, at your direction
To help you search for and connect with providers that match your care needs
To process Provider subscription payments and manage billing
To communicate with you about your account, Platform updates, and support requests
To send service-related notices and, where you have opted in, relevant updates about the Platform
To monitor, analyze, and improve the performance, security, and functionality of the Platform
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service
To comply with applicable legal obligations

Our Commitment

We do not use your personal information for advertising purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing use.

How We Share Your Information

3.1 With Providers — At Your Direction Only

We share your profile information (name, date of birth, gender, and contact information) with a specific provider only when you explicitly request to be placed on that provider's waitlist. We do not share your information with any provider without your affirmative action. Once shared, the provider's use of your information is governed by their own privacy practices.

3.2 Service Providers

We may share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform, including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics services, and customer support tools. These vendors are contractually obligated to use your information only to perform services for us and to maintain appropriate security standards.

3.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify users of any such change as required by applicable law.

3.5 Aggregated and De-Identified Data

We may use and share aggregated or de-identified information — which cannot reasonably be used to identify you — for research, analytics, platform improvement, and business purposes.

HIPAA and Health-Related Information

My Care Network is committed to compliance with applicable health privacy laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA") and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act ("HITECH"), to the extent they apply to our operations.

My Care Network may serve as a Business Associate to covered healthcare entities. Where required, we will execute a Business Associate Agreement ("BAA") with such entities.

The Platform is not designed to store Protected Health Information ("PHI") as defined under HIPAA except as expressly contemplated in a separately executed BAA.

Profile information you voluntarily provide (such as date of birth and care needs) for the purpose of waitlist placement is submitted at your direction and does not, by itself, constitute PHI under HIPAA. However, we treat this information with the same high standard of care.

We do not sell, rent, or share any health-related information with third parties except as described in Section 3 of this Policy or as required by law.

Minnesota Health Records Act

We also comply with the Minnesota Health Records Act (Minn. Stat. § 144.291 et seq.) with respect to health records in our custody or control.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Platform. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except as required to:

  • Comply with applicable legal obligations
  • Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
  • Maintain records required for tax, audit, or regulatory purposes

Provider Records

Provider subscription and billing records may be retained for up to seven (7) years in accordance with applicable financial recordkeeping requirements.

Data Security

We implement reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL protocols
Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need to know basis
Regular security assessments and monitoring
Secure, reputable third-party payment processing (we do not store full payment card numbers)

Important Security Notice

No data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at privacy@mycarenetwork.com.

Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian uses the Platform to seek care services on behalf of a minor child, the parent or guardian is responsible for providing any information and for ensuring such use complies with these Terms.

If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have such information, please contact us at privacy@mycarenetwork.com.

Your Rights and Choices

8.1 Access and Correction

You may access, review, and update your account information at any time through your account settings. If you need assistance updating or correcting information, contact us at privacy@mycarenetwork.com.

8.2 Profile Deletion

You may delete your user profile at any time through the Platform. Deleting your profile removes your personal information from provider-facing views and prevents future waitlist submissions using that data.

8.3 Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at privacy@mycarenetwork.com. We will process your request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations described in Section 5.

8.4 Communications Preferences

You may opt out of non-essential communications (such as Platform updates and newsletters) by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such email or by updating your notification preferences in account settings. You cannot opt out of essential account-related communications (such as password resets and billing notices) while your account is active.

8.5 Minnesota Resident Rights

Minnesota residents may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law, including the right to know what personal data we collect, how it is used, and to whom it is disclosed. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@mycarenetwork.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Platform may use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.

We do not use tracking technologies to serve behavioral advertising. Any analytics data collected is used solely to improve the Platform.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party tools. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the Platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

When you leave our Platform, we are no longer responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of external websites.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or Platform features. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
